St George’s Street is a block of four self-contained apartments in Chorley town centre – a small but well-located addition to our Private Rental Sector portfolio. Chorley sits within easy reach of Preston and Manchester, and demand for well-managed rental homes in the town centre is consistent and growing.

The block provides four individual apartments offering practical, well-maintained homes close to local amenities and transport links. Like much of our residential portfolio, this is a long-term hold – acquired, managed, and maintained with the intention of providing stable housing for local residents over the years ahead.
The Outcome
Four households have well-run, professionally managed homes in a location that works for them. It’s a modest scheme, but it reflects exactly what we try to do across the PRS portfolio: find good buildings in good locations, and manage them properly for the long term.
