We were instructed by a Private Rental Sector investor to source and acquire a portfolio of residential properties in Buckshaw Village, Chorley — one of the North West’s most consistently strong commuter locations, with family housing in genuine demand.

The Detail

The portfolio comprised nine freehold houses — a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached, mid-terrace, end-terrace and detached units, all with garages. The brief was to identify a scalable, high-quality portfolio that could integrate cleanly into an existing PRS platform without operational complexity.

We sourced and structured the opportunity as a single acquisition, allowing the client to deploy capital efficiently into modern, well-located family stock within a single transaction — avoiding the time and cost of multiple individual purchases.
